GARMENT DISPENSING

Cleaning of working clothes is already automated to a large degree and is mostly outsourced to external service providers.

The provision of clean and the return of soiled garments is, however, a considerable expense factor - especially in industries where hygiene is paramount (hospitals, social facilities) - which can be reduced significantly by the implementation of proven automation components.

Specifically for such automation requirements, we have established a partnership with KHB Krankenhausbedarf. To this effect, we combine the knowhow with practice-proven automation components made by GTech and the sales and trading experience of KHB.

The result: smart solutions for individually adaptable and especially personalized dispensing and return of garments!

Automated garment supply

Workwear is a major cost factor in the health and social services sector. It needs to be managed and distributed reliably and cost-effectively, and it should be as easy to handle as possible. This is where an automated garment distribution system can help.

Trust in us - WE are your powerful partner!

Product description

The cleaning of workwear is already largely automated. The entire logistics chain down to the cleaned product can be largely outsourced to service organizations. Our product focuses on distributing garments to the customer, and our system is designed to distribute person-specific workwear: a clear advantage wherever personal clothing is a priority. The garments are distributed at variable times. The cleaning interval and the location of the garments can be traced via transponder systems in the garments, which the customer can also use for cost accounting. Employees can operate the Gardomat using their personnel card or, in special cases, by entering their personal password and garment location number.

Automated garment supply

The cleaning of workwear is already largely automated. The entire logistics chain down to the cleaned product can be largely outsourced to service organizations. Our product focuses on manually removing service garments from the supply system, which is designed for size-specific and wearer-specific service garments.

Product description

By reading the personnel card, the system informs the customer about the garment credit, location and dates. This enables the return of the garments as well as their immediate removal and registers both the returned and the removed garments. By means of a touch terminal and a chip card reader in front of the personnel gate, various system information can be issued and access to the laundry removal room granted. Garments are allocated as users exit the room, at which point the garments carried, excluding personal clothing, are totaled to the personnel credit. Based on experience in the industrial environment, this Gardomat system contains only proven automation components.

The integrated intercom system enables communication between the personnel separation gate and the control panel. There is a connection between the control panel and the intercom in front of and inside the gate. If a user presses the bell button on the outer front of the gate, a signal sounds on the control panel and the security personnel can enter into voice communication with the

person. This operation is also possible from the inside of the gate.

Emergency function

In the event of an emergency, the last open gate door can be pushed open manually by pressing the integrated emergency button in the gate.

Integration of all access control systems

Such as card reader, iris recognition, fingerprint, breathalyzer, fire alarm system, etc. are possible

Automatic return system

The user throws dirty garments through a hatch onto a conveyor, which transports the garments into a collection bin. As the conveyor moves, the garments placed on it are registered by a high-performance RFID system and automatically booked back into the database. The system automatically recognizes inserted service garments, and the product is registered via RFID in the return station for the credit system.

There is a control element in the return station. When activated, the server generates a content log of the dirty laundry that is currently in the collection bin.
This eliminates the need for a manual count by a laundry employee when picking up the collection bin.

The following credit behaviors can be configured
  • Immediate credit upon return

  • Credit at the end of the day
